Beanstack Summer Reading Challenge

Power up your reading game and unlock new adventures!

Playing isn’t just for fun—it’s how we connect, think outside the box, and make lasting friendships! This summer, we want you to unlock your full potential through playing with puzzles, games, and challenges. It’s time to Level Up at Your Library. The library is more than a place for learning—it’s a space to have fun as you grow! Whether you're reading more, trying a new craft, creating music, or exploring the library’s awesome online resources from home, there’s something for everyone.

You’re never too old or too young to have fun – that’s why our summer reading program is open to all ages! Not only are there fun programs planned, you’ll also get rewards and prizes by signing up for our Beanstack Summer Reading Challenge. You can read or listen to books, audiobooks, or magazines and track your reading at myAPL.beanstack.org or in the Beanstack app. You may also use a print log (available at all locations) to track your reading. The more you read, the more chances you have to win one of the grand prizes; Participants can earn up to 25 chances to win one of our Grand Prize drawings at the end of the summer.

The last day to log your summer reading is Thursday, July 31.

Adult Grand Prize: Level Up Your Road Trip Experience

Teen Grand Prize: Gaming chair with built-in speakers

Kids Grand Prize: Astronaut projector night light with remote, a mini karaoke machine with two microphones, and a magnetic fidget pen

Read to Me Grand Prize: Play tent with padded mat, star string lights, and a Lambs & Ivy plush dinosaur
