Besides your hands, the knife is the single most important tool in any kitchen. Learn how to use this tool effectively in this beginner class. Spots are limited, and registration begins on April 16.

This is a hands-on class tailored to accommodate participants of all skill levels. Learn how to choose the correct knife, properly hold a knife, and keep a sharp edge. We will cover fundamental cuts and practice cutting vegetables and a whole chicken.  After this class, you will become a more confident and efficient cook. Click the button to register.
