In this part hands-on, part demonstration class, Chef Maureen will guide you through creating delicious takeout classics. Participants will leave with fully prepared Mongolian chicken, fried rice, and fortune cookies—plus a set of chopsticks to enjoy them with. During class, you’ll also learn how to roll your own egg rolls, which you’ll take home to fry later for a crispy, satisfying snack.
