APL Book Clubs are held at each library location on the first Thursday of every month. The book discussion for September in Dutchtown will be In Cold Blood by Truman Capote.
Book club members have the option of attending in-person or virtually on Zoom. To join a Zoom discussion, you must register in advance by calling (225) 622-3339. After registering, you will receive an email with meeting information on how to join the live session.
Our Galvez location was built in 1992 under the direction of Angelle Deshautelles, Director. It was expanded & renovated in 2018.
