Sip and create with us! Have an early teatime with friends and make a confetti bowl with Mod Podge. Registration required.

Stop by the library to complete this confetti bowl made with a balloon. Add Mod Podge to a balloon and sprinkle on the confetti. It’ll need several coats to become thick enough to hold small trinkets. The craft will need to dry overnight, so come back the following day to put the finishing touch on your bowl.
