These tiny hand-crafted dolls might get you a good night’s sleep.
Worry dolls, also called trouble dolls (Muñeca quitapena in Spanish), are tiny dolls created by the highland indigenous people of Guatemala. Legend says if you can’t sleep, whisper your troubles to these helpful dolls, and they will take away your anxiety, allowing you to sleep easier. Join us to make a doll for yourself using wooden clothespins, yarn, and fabric.
