Come explore, imagine, and role-play at our Pretend Play Day!
Step into Library Town, a playful world designed just for preschoolers! This immersive pretend-play experience invites children to explore different themed stations representing parts of a make-believe town. Whether they want to be a veterinarian at the local clinic, a shopkeeper at the market, a builder at the construction zone, or deliver mail from the post office, little ones will use their imaginations while developing important social and motor skills. Of course, Library Town has its own pretend library! Parents and caregivers are encouraged to join in the fun as their children explore, role-play, and interact with others in this open-ended, hands-on program.
Our Dutchtown location was built in 2010 under the direction of Angelle Deshautelles, Director.
