What if you lived in a world without color—and then one day, you could see it?
Spend an evening with local author and artist Malaika Favorite as she talks about her latest novel, After Color. The book imagines a world without color—and what happens when color suddenly appears. Told in vivid, lyrical prose, After Color explores wonder, fear, and the power of perception in a way that’s both thought-provoking and unforgettable. A book signing will follow the talk.
Malaika’s artwork will also be on display at the Dutchtown Branch from March 2 to March 31, during regular library hours.
