Conservation means taking care of our planet and using natural resources wisely, to make sure there’s enough for everyone – including animals and plants.
It’s going to be a summer of inspiration and adventure as we learn about conservation and becoming stewards of the planet. This year’s summer reading theme is Read Renew Repeat. We’ve planned events this summer that will let us explore the natural world, learn how to conserve resources, and allow each of us to reflect on our own journey.
Best of all, it’s open to readers of all ages! You don’t want to miss out on this time of discovery, exploring, and learning.
Plus, you’ll receive rewards and prizes by signing up for our Beanstack Summer Reading Challenge. You can read or listen to books, audiobooks, or magazines and track your reading at myAPL.beanstack.org or in the Beanstack app. You may also use a print log available at all library locations. Participants earn incentives for signing up and reading throughout the summer. The last day to log your summer reading is Wednesday, July 31.
Earn up to 25 chances to win one of our Grand Prize drawings at the end of the summer.
