Let’s talk about the hidden heroes behind every bloom. Registration required.
The next time you stop to smell the roses, take a closer look. You might spot a bee, butterfly, or even a beetle helping that bloom along. Currently, the populations of bees, butterflies, and other pollinators are under threat. By making small changes in our home landscapes and gardens, we can make a big difference. Dr. Morgan Christman, assistant professor of Pollinator Ecology at LSU, will lead the conversation about pollinators and what we can do to help them thrive.
This program is part of an educational series on gardening and landscaping for novice and advanced gardeners, in partnership with the Ascension Master Gardeners Association and directed by the LSU AgCenter. Click the button to register.
