Head back to the beginning of Stranger Things happening in the town of Hawkins. Jam to 80s tunes and see how many of our trivia questions you know. Then try and beat Max’s high score on Dig Dug (on Switch) while you enjoy some Coke, chocolate pudding cups, and of course, Eggos. Just like Steve bravely defended the kids, take a whack at our demogorgon piñata. Use Joyce’s holiday light board as a backdrop for pictures to show you were there. And, if you dare, dig through the goo in the blue pool El used to reach the Upside Down and locate Will (other characters won’t count!). Finally, make a button, keychain, or magnet to take home and show you survived Stranger Things.
Our Gonzales location was built in 1980 under the direction of Earline Decoteau, Director and serves as our Main Library location. It was expanded & renovated in 1996, 1998, and 2011, under the direction of Angelle Deshautelles, Director.
