The library has partnered with Action Therapy and Wellness for Resistance Band Workshops. These 45-minute full-body resistance band workouts are designed to boost strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. Hailey Leindecker, from Action Therapy and Wellness, will guide participants through a series of low-impact exercises that target major muscle groups, improve mobility, and enhance core stability.
