Celebrate Black History Month with art inspired by the vibrant works of Alma Thomas. Alma is known for her bold colors, mosaic-like brushstrokes, and joyful abstract style. Younger children will explore shapes and patterns by gluing geometric pieces to create their own Alma-inspired masterpieces, while older kids, teens, and adults can experiment with a more complex painting project that showcases Thomas’s signature style.
