Relive the greatest moments and accomplishments in our rich local sports history as Eric Brownfield, an educator and coach at East Ascension High School, presents a history of local high school sports. Coach Brownfield will discuss the former Ascension Parish athletes who went on to achieve fame and fortune as professionals and Olympians, along with their participation on championship teams and the special seasons they had. Whether you are a long-time sports fan or just curious about our local sports history, this is your opportunity to hear about the victories, rivalries, and community spirit that define our local pride.
