Bright Star Theatre has entertained audiences across the United States for 20+ years and has also been a part of our summer reading program. The talented players bring entertaining and educational shows to life through quick costume changes and minimalist backdrops.

Follow Harriet Tubman along the Underground Railroad. Celebrate the Jazz Age with Ella Fitzgerald. Plus, meet incredible groundbreakers like Michelle Obama, Sojourner Truth, Serena Williams, and more amazing women from Black History!
