This yoga class, specially designed for caregivers and their little ones, offers a morning of soothing stretches. Registration is required.
It’s not just little ones who need to move their bodies – exercise benefits everyone! Enjoy a 45-minute yoga class, led by Jada Kerek, that will encourage caregivers to bond with their children through relaxing and fun yoga poses!
Jada Kerek is a RYT-200 Registered Yoga Teacher who trained with Heartwood Yoga Institute in Bradenton, Florida. She is registered with Yoga Alliance and has Yoga and Chair Yoga certifications. Click the button to register or call the library at (225) 673-8699 to reserve your spot.
