Listen, sing, and mingle at the library’s annual caroling. There may even be a special guest for all good (or naughty) children!
Tis the season to bring family and friends to be part of our crowd of carolers! Erin Perdue, choir director at East Ascension High School, will lead us in singing some happy holiday classics at our festive winter wonderland. If the reindeer can handle it, a special guest may be flying in to double-check his list! Don’t forget to grab a treat from Sweet Melissa’s Confectionery and warm up (or cool down; it’s Louisiana, right?!) with a drink from Louisiana Lemonade.
Carols in the Garden will take place overlooking the library’s outdoor rain garden located on the south side of the building.
Our Gonzales location was built in 1980 under the direction of Earline Decoteau, Director and serves as our Main Library location. It was expanded & renovated in 1996, 1998, and 2011, under the direction of Angelle Deshautelles, Director.
