It’s summertime! Time to rock the block and sign up for summer reading!!
Gaming is one way to level up, but you can also unlock higher scores in reading, craft-making, music, and more. There will be outdoor games – bean bag toss, bubbles and sidewalk chalk. But it doesn’t stop there! Inside, floor puzzles, hula hoops, and a mini-indoor tent playhouse with tunnels and ball pits, will also be some of the ways to celebrate the start of summer reading.
At the library in Donaldsonville, you can create and learn in the Makerspaces or try out one of our video games in addition to the games listed above. The Kona Ice truck will be there from 2:30pm-3:30pm for a snowball snack.
This summer will be one for the books!
