Santa! We know him!
Santa will be visiting the library spreading Christmas cheer and bringing a jolly good time for all. This is your opportunity to meet the big man and get a photo. Parents, bring a camera or your phone so you can capture the perfect pic. Santa’s elf will also be reading some Christmastime favorites in our children’s area and having an ornament for children to decorate and take home along with other fun activities. So don’t pout, Santa Claus is coming to town!

Our Gonzales location was built in 1980 under the direction of Earline Decoteau, Director and serves as our Main Library location. It was expanded & renovated in 1996, 1998, and 2011, under the direction of Angelle Deshautelles, Director.
