The Teen Advisory Board will celebrate National Library Week’s Drawn to the Library theme by assisting with illustrator Chuck Galey’s workshop.
This month, members will be assisting with preparing and hosting our National Library Week illustrator program with Chuck Galey celebrating the theme Drawn to the Library. Interested in helping? Come find out more about our Teen Advisory Board (TAB)! Teens 13-18 are invited to come out to monthly meetings in Gonzales (the second Tuesday of every month) and brainstorm ideas while enjoying snacks, games, and crafts. TAB members will volunteer two hours each month or help with one program a month as their schedule allows. Make an impact on your community and learn more about library programs.
Swing by any library location to pick up an application, or call (225) 647-3955 if interested.
