The library has partnered with Action Therapy and Wellness for Resistance Band Workshops. These 45-minute full-body resistance band workouts are designed to boost strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. Hailey Leindecker, with Action Therapy and Wellness, will guide participants through a series of low-impact exercises targeting major muscle groups, improving mobility, and enhancing core stability. Perfect for all fitness levels, these workouts promote functional movement and injury prevention in a fun, supportive environment.
