Participants will learn the importance of limiting added sugar in everyday foods and will complete a fun activity with guidance from registered dietitians. Representatives from Healthy Ascension will cover key dietary strategies and practical tips for maintaining better health and understanding the sweet truth about sugar. This workshop aims to raise awareness, provide science-based insights, and offer practical strategies for reducing sugar intake and improving overall health. Following the presentation, free blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose checks will be available to help individuals take steps in improving their well-being.
