Welcome to Babytime, a delightful session designed especially for our youngest visitors from birth to 18 months. Join us for interactive board books and a variety of songs, nursery rhymes, and fingerplays, all carefully selected to captivate young minds. Babytime runs about 15-20 minutes.
Parents are welcome to stay and chat afterward, giving babies a chance to explore, interact, and make new friends in a safe and nurturing environment. Come share in the joy of early literacy and playful discovery with your little one.
Our Gonzales location was built in 1980 under the direction of Earline Decoteau, Director and serves as our Main Library location. It was expanded & renovated in 1996, 1998, and 2011, under the direction of Angelle Deshautelles, Director.
