Teen Book Club meets on the second Saturday of every month—registration is required.
Step into new worlds, meet unforgettable characters, and share your hot takes at APL’s Teen Book Club! Whether you loved the book or had opinions, this is your space to hang out, talk it out, and connect with other teens who get it. The group is open to teens 12-18 and meets on the second Saturday of every month at 11:00am at the library in Galvez.
Book selections will be reserved for pickup at our Galvez location.
October’s Pick: My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton, and Jodi Meadows – a comedic fantasy retelling of the real Lady Jane Grey from British history that has been adapted into a TV show on Amazon Prime Video. The book was named an Audie Award Finalist for Young Adult and YALSA Best Fiction for Young Adults in 2017.
